    How do you set this clock? We put the battery in and pushed the time zone and the clock moves to either 4:00 or 8:00 (neither is correct for any time zone)

    Why does this clock take 2 AA batterys, typical clocks I have take 1? Also does the second hand move the minute hand 1/4 minute? Every 15 seconds like on usual atomic clocks. Thanks

  • Q:

    Our office purchased this clock about 6 months ago. There is a place for only 1 battery, yet the description states it takes 2 batteries. The clock stopped working, so I replaced the battery with a new one that is brand new. The clock advanced 4 hours and then just stopped. The second hand does not move. I have pressed the MT time zone button and placed the clock where it can reset, as described, but the clock does not work at all. I have tried getting the clock to work for over 5 days.
