Q: Our office purchased this clock about 6 months ago. There is a place for only 1 battery, yet the description states it takes 2 batteries. The clock stopped working, so I replaced the battery with a new one that is brand new. The clock advanced 4 hours and then just stopped. The second hand does not move.
