Thanks to all of you who reviewed this, really helped me make an informed decision. Just got it today and filled 5 bags full without stopping - amazing. You can put in a plastic garbage bag, just have to be careful how you put it in. I also opened it up once or twice with each bag to jiggle the container or push down the shredded paper - really helped fill the bag to capacity. Hope it holds up, after I used the lubricating sheets. Also purchased the warranty as these things take a beating!
This is also the smallest shredder that has the removable bin without having to take the heavy top off like my last one, I LOVE this feature!

to the sample at store and it didn't seem as loud. Maybe it just needs to
be broken in more.
