This is a workhorse. We are in the consumer print and copy business, and constantly have confidential documents that we need to shred. It has never jammed or overheated. The "bin full" sensor is a bit sensitive, but I just open the bin and flatten up the micro chippings to get some more life out of the plastic bags.

We are small family run self storage facility that needs to shred documents on a daily basis. This is a perfect size. I can go quiet a few days before emptying the bin and it holds a trash bag (kitchen size) nicely for easy emptying. The only thing is that it is a little noisy but I think that is hard to avoid with shredders. It also has a power strip on the back...this is very handy!

Pretty fair shredder; but it got stuck in reverse after 11 months - which is not too bad. It is messy when it comes time to change the bag, but overall I would recommend it to a friend. :)

The door won't go all the way shut so the display shows door open, therefore the shredder won't run. I have to keep constantly pushing the door in, sometimes holding it closed while I shred.
