Honestly I know the value of such items. USB A-B cables should not cost as much as this cost me. Stapes charged me [$] for this cable but I was in a pinch and bought it anyway, mumbling under my breath. The quality of fine and the construction is hearty. But the price is outrageous. Would like to return the darn thing just of principal. If you have time look around your cable collection and you'll likely find a suitable replacement- don't buy cables from Staples. They're not in the real world of pricing. That's my only disappointment here, product quality is good.

This 16 foot USB cable was exactly what I needed. It was the only long USB cable at the store. When the clerk told me the price I said that I didn't need it to be gold plated. He took me literally and told me how much faster and more reliable the gold contacts were. I don't know if my printer can really appreciate that sizzling speed. The cable works and it cost a lot.

Woyuld like one even longer. The lentgh has allowed me to set up both home and small bussiness offices to allow for remote placement of a desktop printer. Much more choices this way.
I have had not quality problems with sending data over this length cable. Worth the price.

Best cable I found when looking for a long printer cable for large office area. I would've felt comfortable paying [$] for it; [$] was ridiculous. But it was the only decent-quality cable of appropriate length I could find.

The USB Cord works out great because the printer is on the desk behind me. So for a USB Cord to reach from my computer to my printer is great.

Technically, I understand (but may be wrong) that one should not use a USB cable longer than 15 feet without some kind of "amplifier." Is this correct information and, if so, how is one suppose to use this 16 foot cable??

I purchased a c910 Logitech HD pro web cam. I didnt relize the line from computer 2 camera was so short. Will this work as an extension? Do directions come so I know IF i just hook up cam & its usb cable to one end of this and then the other end to computer? Web cams USB cable is connected to cam.
