straight and long!

This is SOOO much better than my regular 1 foot ruler! It is straight (which is not unlike my 12" standard ruler), but also really straignt. And one very important featur...Read complete review

This is SOOO much better than my regular 1 foot ruler! It is straight (which is not unlike my 12" standard ruler), but also really straignt. And one very important feature is that it is MUCH longer than the old style 1 foot ruler (at least or exactly 6" longer than the old one)!

On the Con side, I would admit that it is not quite as long as my Meter stick OR my Yard stick, but it is equally as straight as each of them.

I really love it and don't know what I would do without it. Well, except for continue to use my 1' ruler or my Yard stick or my Meter stick. But it is really great and it has changed my life!

Some geniuses decided to put the price tag on the cork backing instead of the stainless steel surface, which defeats the functional purpose of the cork backing. When I peel the price tag that part of cork backing comes off. Even if this product only cost a few bucks, there should be manufacturing standard to ensure something like this won't happen so easily.

        Not a fan of the new rounded edges. I actually used the straight edges on the end for various projects when I had one of the old ones. Having to use this one means extra work. Other than that, it's good.
