Q: We purchased this shredder about a year and a half ago and it doesn't get heavy use but when I was using it yesterday it said it needed to be lubricated i tried to put the sheet in and it wont feed it through its just stuck. I checked and it isn't jammed either. I reset it and it not just says Auto as if it's ready but still wont feed anything through? Is there anything I can do or is it just broken? Q: We have recently purchased the Staples 24-Sheet Cross-Cut Shredder, Item # 707204. Inside the paper bin was the electrical cord and a rubber piece with adhesive on the back. Q: I just received the 24 sheet cross-cutter shredder and it keeps saying the bin is full when it is only about a 1/4 of the way full. I turn it off, get the excess out of the blades, turn it back on, shred 2 or 3 more pages and it says bin full again. What can I do to avoid this?
