This is a terrible product. No loading instructions and when you do load the tape, it sticks everywhere, does not tear easily with the sharp blade and in no way is "one hand operated". It's heavy and unstable and with the blade, dangerous.

There are no instructions provided. After guessing how to run the tape through it from the many reviews given on the internet, I found that it does not dispense well at all. The tape would stick to the metal piece, causing unstable, sometimes tangled, tape dispensing. It is not a one hand dispenser as it requires another hand to try to straighten the tape.

Tape dispenser is very hard to use. Tape does not glide easily over surface. Tape gets twisted when trying to cut it. Resorted to using a cheaper brand. Would like to return tape dispenser.
