At first I was a little surprised when I discovered that it came in 3 pieces. I thought now great I am going to have to drill six holes. That was not the case when I found out they interlocked. The tab that locks them together was not cleared of a small amount of plastic residue and would not interlock until I took a razor cutter and removed it. As I discovered you can stack them or put them next to each other( BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO DRILL THOSE EXTRA HOLES)

Do not buy. Clips snap off when you try to attach together. so unless you plan on screwing each one in individually, it's a waste.

I use these to sort all kinds of files and papers. They are not the strongest in the world but at [$] for 3 bins versus over $50 for Rubermaid, I am perfectly happy. I have not had any of the problems with getting cut or breaking parts as others have noted.

Does this product have an adhesive on the back rather than screws or nails? I am looking for a wall file with adhesive on the back.

  The mounting hardware included is the screws, however you do not have to use the hardware, and you may use adhesives to mount the unit. May I suggest the purchase of the Staples item #504829, Scotch double sided permanent tape with dispenser.

Do you have a wall file that is 12 1/2" long 6 3/4" high and 3 334" depth to purchase as individual ones??
at least the 12 1/2" long like this one as we need replacements as
our others have broken where the screw goes in

  You use them separately, but you'd have to drill extra holes. As a 3 piece unit, they all interlock together causing less holes than if you did each one separately.
