    I am picky and prefer the 5x5 grid format (vs. 4x4) for "old school" list keeping and certain kinds of architectural sketch work. More "stuff" per page and therefore less waste.

    Having said that, they are a bit pricey for grid paper. I pay it though given the difficulty of getting what I want otherwise and the fact that I buy these only a couple of times a year.

      These 5 x 5 graph pads are great. They're graph pads and they have the prettiest non-photo blue 5 x 5 squares per inch!! But seriously they're a more economical replacement for the Staedler pads that I usually use. Sorry Staedler, I know it's been 20 years of allegiance but it's Staples' graph pads from hereon in. I tried to reach 400 characters for the extra 5 bonus points, but I'm still a few characters short. What a bummer........I'll just use my graph pads, that will cheer me up!
