    I've purchased between 15 and 20 of these over the past 6 years. I volunteer with a non profit and use these for my notes and to keep track of appointments. Pages are just big enough for my notes on each caller, with very little wasted space. Lines big enough for my large scrawl. Covers durable enough to handle being tossed from the desk to the car to my workstation. They are beaten up, but still holding together well. As for the binding, it is double 'rings' or loops, rather than one long spiral, which would not last for me. I just squeeze the rings together a bit tighter and the pages stay intact. I logged on today to order a few more. I love 'em!

    I use several of these a year as a daily medical journal for my husband. The size is perfect to carry with me to the Dr.,and I can stick papers I need in the pockets. I just feel that your cost is a litte high, I usually get them for $1.00 less, but they were out and I needed one in a hurry.

              Binding is stronger than average, but still not strong enough for the heavy, daily usage I give it. I carry with it all day at work for notes and as a log book. Still, it is the strongest of its kind and size I have found.
