This was an easy solution to a problem I had. I needed to run two cables, one was 25 feet the other 17 feet, so I got this cable and cut it in half. I ran the ends through the wall and wired the ends to a cat5 wall plug that I brought at a hardware store. It is nice and neat and works as it should.
