NO MORE DISCONNECTED PRINTER!!

My printer cord was always disconnecting from the back of the computer everytime we needed to pull out the computer to do something on the back of the computer because the cord was not long enough. This USB extension cable solved our problem. The only issue we found was with the connection points. They seem to be not tight enough and so we had to tape them to keep from disconnecting. So far, so good.

Wrong Type

Bought it to use as an extension cord for the USB ports located on the back of the tower. Connected fine on the tower but could not use with the flash drive I had.

Although the product was good, the price was over twice the cost available on line. Only bought it because I had a deadline to meet and could not wait. At half the cost ir would have been reasonable.

  Your Printer cables are different from a regular "USB" Cable. Check
  with your Printer manufacturer and see if you can purchase longer cables.I believe it is best to have your printer near your computer. (Shorter cable,faster transfer speed, in some cases.)

  Only if your printer has the regular USB input. Most likely your printer has a connection that looks more square with the top two corners beveled inward. However, this type of cable is easy to find in a Staples store right next to the normal USB cables. Any Staples Sales Associate will be able to show you exactly which cable I am trying to describe.
