The clasps on Staples envelopes all rust. They also make a mark on every envelope in the box. Three different boxes did the same. Very poor quality clasp that marks the envelope it sits against in the box and quickly rust and mark the envelope fronts even worse. Most other brand's clasps do not rust. They also cut the flaps at an angle now to save money on the cost, so the flaps no longer cover the whole area. Previous box had rounded flap covering all the area and was a nicer quality envelope as to appearance.

I FIND THIS ENVELOPE IS PERFECT FOR FOLDING
8 1/2 x 11 PAGES AS IT MEETS THE POST OFFICE
REQUIREMENT TO GO AS A LETTER I.E. FITS THROUGH THE 6 1/8 TH INCH TEMPLATE SLOT AND CAN INSERT MORE PAGES SO IT WILL NOT BE OVER A 1/4" THICK.
THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO BEAT THE POST OFFICE AND IT'S "INSANE" SYSTEM OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.

I use the envelopes to mail "belly bands" for dogs to my friends and family. The "GO ANYWHERE" envelope....can't send the bubble ones to Canada.
