The stores used to have this size, they no longer do.. and the size they now carry 6 1/2 X 9 1/2 is too narrow.. you cant fold paper in half and fit it in the enevelope..so i had to order the correct size online.. not sure why this size is no longer avail in stores.

The envelope that I was looking for was probably twice as heavy as this envelope; but not having the product on hand I was just hoping this envelope would be what I was looking for. I am a bowling league secretary; and I use these for collecting weekly monies from each of the teams in the league. I use a heavy clear plastic (Staple binder product) to cut to 5" x 7 1/2" and using your 2" clear tape I attach the cut clear plastic above to the envelopes which allows me to return awards or other league items
to the teams as needed. Heavier envelopes would be better, but this will do for now. Thanks.
