Meets postal regulations without the added surcharge for being too small, as was the case with some of the other small size kraft envelopes I was using. Although only a minor issue with me, the "heavily gummed" flap is worthless and wouldn't trust sending through the mail without a piece of packing tape to ensure it stays closed.

Perfect size for my application. Unfortunately need to tape ends to seal for mailing small items. Described as heavily gummed flap seals securely, this is not the case.
