        We use Tyvek envelopes to mail membership cards with promotional T-shirts. This envelope is the perfect size and has the added durability that a regular paper mailer would not. We also prefer it to a padded bubble mailer because the Tyvek can go Flat postal rate.

          These are great envelopes for mailing 8.5 x 11 and smaller materials. A bit on the expensive side, but they do not tear, and close easily. Note that you cannot use rollerball or felt tip pens to address these, as the ink will blot because of the envelope fibers. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.
