Its an OK shredder. The large bin is great but if you have a lot of shredding to do, you should know that it shuts off after 20 minutes of constant use and you have to wait about 15 minutes before you can use it again. If you get a jam, good luck because it is difficult to get out. The reverse button has been useless to me. Overall its a decent shredder for junk mail.
