This is the best spiral bound notebook out there.
I am still a student and I've been buying my own supplies for the
last few years. I wish i had find these sooner. The construction
quality is the highest I've seen, and the ability to move the
subject dividers around is incredibly convenient. After two
semesters, my 3 subject notebook has become a 1 subject ~100 page
notebook where i have 100 clean pages left in a row ready for use.
The covered spine is a nice touch and it has definitely kept the
notebook in much better shape.
this notebook is the best if you need to remove a lot of pages, the perforated tear lines work VERY well

I use this for note-taking in school. It is my fav notebook! And I thought the ones without the Spine Guard couldn't get any better! I use this so much! It comes with a ton of built-in folders, which is good, but sometimes they can try to come out, but it's easy to pop right back in. They also come with a ruler, schedule, and those things that you mark pages with. My only other complaint is that it doesn't fit in my binder, as it lacks a three-hole punch. However, that is not a huge issue for me. Overall, luv it!
