I use the organizer as a "tickler file", a reminder for work tasks that need to be completed at a future date. Once the future work task is off my desk, it is off my mind and doesn't reappear until I actually need to complete the task and, items don't get lost on my desk. I use the 1-31 organizer, with the retrieval date placed on the document by me. Later months are inserted behind the earliest month for each day, 1-31. This allows for daily retrieval of items by my secretary and placed in my "in-box" yet everything is stored in a very compact space. I have used this system successfully for the past 15 years, it works!

If I don't get to something, I just move it to the next day. It could look a little more attractive, different colors maybe. I have to hide it under my desk.

I purchased this item so I could easily organize my monthly bills. When I receive a bill in the mail, I immediately write the amount due and the date due on the envelope, and place it in a slot 5 days before the due date. No more lost bills!!!!
