The product is used to hold poems or photos of someone who died. Hundreds of people view these. I bought 4 more recently and discovered ALL broken and that the thickness and quality was GREATLY reduced. It's a cheap product, hence the price but don't waste your money on it.

Go to local art store for better frame

The frame are made of a flimsy plastic, but in order to get the cardboard and clear platic sheet out, you must place fatigue on the frame itself. If you are likely to be updating the documents within the fram, then you'll eventually snap the frame. They look terrible and don't even hang well on the wall. I would only buy these in a pinch.
