I foolishly disregarded the comments of others here, that was my mistake. The first one arrived with damage to the plastic. Staples was gracious and sent another--this one had a bent frame. I can understanding missing damage to the plastic but a bent frame, come on, that's just a lack of responsibility from the manufacturer/staples or both. After spending the time and effort to pack up the frame for return not once but twice I'm done with it! I'll buy locally rather than have to go through another round of this.

these frames are really poor quality for the size. i ordered 24"x36" and the frame is so thin and weak that it sags and bends easily. the frame material might be fine for smaller sizes but should NOT be sold as large as 24x36. if it hangs horizontally it the bottom will sag away from the poster.
