I purchased this product because one of our employees needed something that would hold file folders but wouldn't take up much room. Because of the open-ended design of this product, it was able to be used either upright, or on it's side. It is the perfect and fit and function for our needs. I just feel it is overpriced. Other than that, it's a great product.
