The chair is very comfortable. I like the design and the ease with which it rolls across the floor. My only complaint is that it does "pop" when you sit down and I am concerned that something may wear out early on it, time will tell; otherwise, I really like it. Would like it in a brown for sure, but do like the white. I work 9-11 hour days and so appreciate a comfortable chair.

Much more comfortable chair than what I was using and it looks really good in my office area at my home.

After looking at office chair for some time my wife and I decided on the Staples Belsante Bonded lether Mid-Back chair #412714. We went to the Staples at the end of the liberty tree mall in Danvers Ma. After finding the correct part number on the chair we went an associated to have her pull two from the stock. Some time later she returned and said they did not have any. I pointed out their was one on the floor and she told us "we never sell the floor model" Finally after finding a manager. He looked on the computor and found one in Saugus Ma. We went there and the associate ( furniture dept)found the correct one. I asked about the floor model and he said "SURE what ever it takes to make you happy" We purchased both. He even helped load the onto my pick-up. We went home and assemblied the one in the box. Not a hard job for one with a master of science degree!
