    The dividers are working great. I teach 3rd grade and these have really helped me to get my documents organized. I use the dividers to keep my masters in an easy to find place so I can find them next year. They are easy to set up and I love that the holes are reinforced. I do wish that the tabs stuck a little farther out. I have some sheet protectors in thw binders, which makes the protectors difficult to see.

    I also gave some to one of my 3rd graders, who is very tough on his materials. (He had a set of plastic dividers that only lasted a month). These ones he has had for 3 months and they are still going strong.
