There are times the computer just isn't the best solution for a specific need. This ledger meets this need for our purpose perfectly. Though "Old Fashion" in method - we are very thankful Staples continues to carry this product.

I use these books as planners, by printing out this week's calendar from Outlook and gluing it in one half of a two-page spread. I use post-it glue to glue in calendars for two months ahead, skipping a pair of blank pages for additional note space each week. One book lasts about 9 months this way. The numbered pages let me create an index so I know where to find content later, and I keep directory information in the back.
The paper is higher quality than many cheaper planners and takes kindly to any form of ink. I like the faint ruling (would prefer blank but can't find that) and left some other brands of planners when they started printing guidelines that were bolder and darker than my handwriting.
I'm buying #9 in the series today. Don't think I've ever stayed with another system this long.
