I used the product to set up a family communication center. I bought a set of black and white decorative folders from Staples and Labeled them To Pay, Paid, To File, Pending, To Do, Family Calendar. I use it to sort the mail and various incoming documents. It helps to keep down all of the paper clutter in the home. For more info on this, do an internet search for "communication center" or "command center." There are many ways to do this, but this is the cost effective option that I chose.
