I use this product to hold envelopes of various sizes and note cards for personal correspondence in my home office. I don't have a lot of space, and this organizer fits neatly on top of my filing cabinet with plenty of space left over. I like it so much that I'm going to get a second one for my desk during my first year teaching.

Small but very usefull

I like this sorter better than a step sorter so I can put it on a shelf. But the base is too small, I can't put lables on it.

    I especially liked this mini message sorter because of the number of slots and its stability. I found that I could organize and sort more bills to be paid in this organizer than any that I've had before. I like it much better than the ones that I have that are made of metal mesh, and the size of the slots on this one is just perfect. I plan to buy several more to use for other organizational purposes, so I hope that Staples keeps them in stock at the Pascagoula store. I have several friends who have already asked where I got this one, so I'm spreading the word!

      It helps me to reduce the clutter on my desk, to keep paper from spreading all over the place. Now, I arrange by categories and days in the box and put in front what is urgent or of the moment. My system isn't perfect yet, but I am still working on it and am really glad I bought it.
