Am using this wall file as a mail organizer. Presently have "File", "Outgoing", and "Important" headings on the baskets. Very much like the fact that they made a solid area on the front of each basket to put the label (I've seen some mesh ones without the label area). Arrived very well packed and it feels like quality metal. The welds are tight and it looks good on the wall. If you don't like the black, this could be painted with the spray paint made especially for metal.
For anyone interested in organizing their incoming mail:
We open all the mail each day so it doesn't get out of hand. Any magazines are put on the coffee table. Next, we separate out the bills, writing the the date to pay the bill (whether online or by mail) on our desk calendar. Then I file the bill in the "Important" basket. Then I separate out all the things that aren't bills, but we need to keep (medicare forms, insurance papers, etc) and put them in the "File" basket. If we get a personal letter, we read it, then put it in the "Outgoing" basket and write a reminder on the calendar to send a reply letter. That way nothing is "buried" in the baskets. When the "File" basket starts to get full, I take it all to the file cabinet and file it all at one time. This is a good system for a couple, but if you have a family, you may want another 3-basket file to label with each person's name. That way, any mail for children can be immediately filed into their own basket. Also, parents could file school forms and permission slips in a basket (the forms that seem to get stuck on the bottom of knapsacks!). I like that this file doesn't take up any desk space and you can add baskets under the first one if you want to add another file at a later time. Hope this helps anyone that wants to get their own mail under control (mine used to stay in piles because I didn't have this system).

What I wanted, more than I wanted to pay
Nice design I wanted. Mounts to side of cabinet next to my desk.

I used this product in my kitchen for school organization. I bought 2. They were easy to install. I have 4 children currently in school and 2 more that will be in in a couple years. The kids put stuff from their bookbags when they get home. Each has own slot. It works great. No more loose papers all over the kitchen table!

These files are great if you just need them for lightweight duty, but won't support anything for an extended period - they will lose their shape and bend forward.
