Well, why I didn't buy this unit eons ago is beyond me. WHAT was I thinking?I have a very large two-drawer Lateral File Cabinet that I keep all my files in, but decided I needed a small file holder just for my Bills. To this end, I found the One-Pocket, Letter-Size Mesh Wall File, (which is now attached to the side of my desk, *vbs*), and put that in my Cart.Alas, the website also showed the Five-Pocket unit as something I might be interested in too, and I thought, 'Hmmm, no more opening those file cabinet drawers a thousand-times-a-day'.I took the measurement of my wall-space and ended-up ordering three of these Five-Pocket units as well.The Result? I could kick myself a-million-times-over for not having got these a gajillion years ago. What a joy there are!Everything I need is within sight, within reach, and within not breaking my back anymore opening and closing that lateral file cabinet.The Unit itself is STURDY as can be, so unlike the plastic wall units that have to be handled so gingerly to keep from cracking or breaking. As well, the plastic ones get scratched, and look dull, over time. But not so this Mesh Wall Unit.It's STYLISH to boot, which makes having them on the wall that much more appealing.Being 'Mesh', I was concerned about the QUALITY of craftmanship, but my worries were put to rest when it was delivered to my house. Running my fingers over the Unit, I can say there are NO SHARP EDGES, no pieces of wire sticking out anywhere, no papers or folders to get hung-up on unfinished edging.I put them up right away on the wall behind my desk, (just above the 'monster' that is my lateral file cabinet, *lol*), and, boy, are they just the handy-dandiest things on this earth!Every project I'm working on is right there. Plus, I use one pocket for Tax Receipts, another pocket for the on-going fight I'm having with our Medical Insurance company, *lol*, another pocket for the Receipts of purchases I've made and awaiting delivery on, and another for my monthly Bill Receipts.I just can't tell you how WONDERFUL these Wall Pockets are. I can't believe it took me all these years to figure out that a 'File Cabinet' is for filing stuff away WHEN YOU'RE DONE, and Wall Pockets for WORK-IN-PROGRESS. Sheesh, I need my head examined!I had been using a 5-Slot Desk-top File-Folder Separator which just wasn't enough, but desk-space is limited, so couldn't have more than one. Alas, compared to this Wall Unit, I can honestly say that that desk-top separator was... well... inefficient to say the least.I'm very, VERY pleased with this Five-Pocket Mesh Wall File... it's a GOOD product, EASY to INSTALL, STURDY and STYLISH, and is sold at a DECENT PRICE-POINT.It's one of those products that actually satisfies. Instead of mumbling to yourself, 'Gee, I wish it did this', or, 'I wish it had that', you put it to use right out of the box and are happy with the results of your purchase.

I purchased this folder organizer to keep large project folders in. My reports are about 50 pages, and that many in a manila folder is about all each slot can hold. I am buying a larger one for the desktop for those folders now, and using this one for smaller and more frequently used folders. Also, although the mounting hardware is flexible, the top of my cubicle wall fell between the minimum and maximum sizes it is designed for, and it flops around. This is due to the screw that adjusts the fit sticking out the bottom, causing a rocking motion. The wire mesh portion of the unit is well made and functional, but would be better if bigger/wider and had a different way to hook it over the cubicle wall.

It is on the wall near my desk and displays frequently-used forms that need to be quickly accessible to the entire office. Everyone loves it.
I have purchased numerous black mesh desk items in the past and found these products to be very durable and they look neat. After comparison shopping, I was very happy to have found this item and it was a good value. It is made very well and likely to withstand years of use. I will be ordering another one soon.

I have a small area to work in at home, both play and serious design have to co-exist. This allows good separation, I can put things away quickly and get them back out just as quickly.
I was surprised by how solid the mesh is. I expect long life, certainly seems a good value.
Too bad the stores don't carry it.
