    I bought this pencil holder because I was getting sick of having pens, pencils, and my scissors just rolling around in my desk drawer and never being able to find the one I was looking for! I purchased this spur of the moment and am so glad that I did! I now have all of my pens and pencils in one place and don't have to worry about cutting myself with my scissors when reaching into my drawer for something to write with! Its black wire is very classy and the pefect touch to my office. Very well constructed unlike others I have had in the past!

    As soon as I got this home, I thought "Oh, what if when I put pens away, they fall through the large openings?" It's true - it happens. Not a lot, but it happens. The bottom lip should be higher up. It looks great, but is not always practical. I have to spend time unthreading my pens and scissors from the holes. It's more of a personal annoyance mixed with a slight design flaw.
