Staples Box Bottom Hanging Files


Create more space for bulky documents, catalogs, disks, and other materials you need to file by using box-bottom hanging files. The flat edge of each offers more expansion and can be reinforced to prevent tearing. Choose files made from recycled paper in standard green or gray, or in assorted colors, from top brands like Staples, Smead, and Pendaflex.

Flexible Storage for Large Items
Box-bottom hanging files feature straight, widened spines that stay level on flat surfaces and offer extra interior space for large or heavy business materials. When you need maximum support for bulky items like booklets, choose reinforced box-bottom files that incorporate durable pressboard into the spine.

Filing Tabs for Navigation
Each folder features hanging hooks and precut notches for inserting tab labels. Writable or printable tabs allow you to add or change the folder names, while the built-in hooks slide along the filing cabinet's track, allowing you to easily navigate to your desired files.

Choose the Best Size
Whether storing financial records or past marketing materials, box-bottom hanging files can accommodate your documents with expansion capacities ranging from 1 to 3 inches. Legal-size hanging files are also available if you regularly work with 8.5" x 14" paper.
