We bought 3 for the office and don't really have any issues except one employee is very large and his chair broke. We bought the warranty and are getting a free chair. I think it is understandable to expect only so much from a chair that is under $100. The only problem I have is the arms get in the way sometimes - my desk is L-shaped.
