For the cost, this chair exceeds my expectations. I spend a lot of time working at my computer at home and needed a chair that was comfortable, not just for a few minutes but for hours at a time. This one does pretty well. After 3 or 4 hours, you begin feeling the bottom of the chair under the padding but at this point, it's time to get up for a cup of coffee anyway.

In addition to being comfortable, this chair is very handsome. Makes my office look just a little bit classier.

Poor Quality Item

Not yet 6 months old and the so-called leather seating surface (assuming the leather designation applies to the back as well as the seat) is deteriorating. I noticed a couple days ago that the headrest area at top of the chair back has what appears to be a reddish stain. I figured from my head sweating. Attempting to clean it with a damp cloth and mild liquid detergent, the black surface is literally peeling off leaving a red or maroon/burgundy undersurface, as if the chair is burgundy but was spray painted black Looks bad. As I said, the chair isn't yet 6 months old.

It looked very atractive on the website when choosing. Arried very quickly but turned desapointed went say the assembled chair. Leather is not real, it is not as comfortable as expected.

  Yes, it has all three. The tilt tension can be adjusted by tightening or loosening a nob under the front of the seat. The tilt can be locked by engaging the lever on the right hand side of the chair, under the seat.
