    This dual charger was exactly what I was looking for. The design is small enough to carry in my bag and I can use it pretty much anywhere. The only con is that it's a bit long so sometimes it covers a second outlet based on where it's plugged in.

        Yes. This will charge any smartphone either in your vehicle or by plugging this into a wall outlet. You will need to supply the correct USB cable for your phone.
