I have a small home office so it's a must for me NOT to have a high backed chair. I've found it very hard to find one w/a low back that also provides good lumbar support and arm rests. This fit the bill for me perfectly. It's easy to adjust the height (I'm short) and I'm thrilled. It gives me much better posture while sitting at my computer.
