This is a nice chair.

Assembly was a little more difficult than I expected, though I think both the chair and assembly process are well-thought-out. There is a metal plate that is pre-attached to the seat back. That metal plate must be attached to the seat bottom, to assemble the chair, with the included bolts that are nicely divided by step into individual "pockets".

This is a solid connection, judging by the few days I've owned this chair, but it was a bit of a challenge for me to line it up and put it together, since the picture instruction does not tell you the angle at which to hold the back relative to the bottom when attaching the two to each other.

Once that's done, the arms must be properly aligned to both the seat bottom and back, and then bolted to both of those. Again, it's not as easy as it looks, but it is doable, and feels solid once its in.

This chair rolls much more easily on my low-pile (flat) carpet than did my previous chair, also from Staples. It is a breeze to move it around, even while sitting on it, though not to the extent that it moves on its own, which is as good as can be, in my estimation.

The chair-back is also high enough that, as a 6' tall person, I can lean back in it and rest my head on the pillow-top, though I think the angle of the seat-back is a bit too reclined to do this while actively typing.

The faux-wood highlights on this black leather chair are a nice touch, as it matches/complements some of the wood furniture in the room as well as the black and glass desk (also from Staples) and other black-color computer items on the desk.

Bottom line: it seems like a sturdy, good chair.
