We purchased the products to find files quicker. We group them by topic: payroll, taxes, boards, etc. The folders are good quality and easy to use.

Good color variety but inside not light

I like the wide color variety but the inside of the folders are supposed to be a lighter shade to prevent misfiling. On many of the colors, the lighter shade is barely noticable......Read complete review

I like the wide color variety but the inside of the folders are supposed to be a lighter shade to prevent misfiling. On many of the colors, the lighter shade is barely noticable...on some colors, it doesn't even look like it is a different shade. I've used other brands that have a much better contrast and are better quality. IF the lighter shade inside doesn't matter, these folders are fine. If it does, I'd go with Pendaflex brand instead.

As a retired bookkeeper, a few accounts still keep me active. But End-of-Year paperwork is sometimes daunting. After removing all the old files to storage, I start each new year with bright new folders. It invigorates my sense of completion and encourages my sense of order to have everything lined up in happy colors for the new year.
