    It's a perfect size and easy to use. The cover needs to be stiffer and it would be easier to use if the dollar spaces below 1000 were lightly shaded. It would make for less entry errors. Also it would be nice if it could be bought as a single pad instead of a two pack. It would not only reduce the purchase price but in many cases at least for the home owner one pad is all you need for several years.

    These pads suck. The pages start falling out as soon as you start turning them. Serious quality control issues! This happens about 2/3 of the time. We use these as monthly logs. We are lucky if they hold together for half the month before pages are flying everywhere. They used to carry a different brand that was better. Now they carry just the Staples brand and they are terrible.

      the product would be better if it had one column (either the first or the last) in which you can write a subject, check name, notation etc. The column should not have grid lines. Perhaps if lines where inserted they should be clean clear lines. They are good starter books for a business or if general easy entry keeping is needed. Only time will tell if they are truly durable even though the weight and quality of paper seem to be sufficient. If you have vision issues, the columns may seem a bit small and busy for you.

      The 8 columnar paper pad was just what I needed for my project. The product was neat and served the need. The Columnar paper was tinted green with black lines. It was very easy on the eyes which was very helpful. A Staples employee showed me where the product was located and was very helpful. The Staples employee was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop at this Staples store. The Staples store was very neat and clean. I would shop this Staples store again and again in the future.

          The front side of each page works fine... the back side has a couple of very skinny sub colums in each of the 8 colums. Makes it difficult to put numbers in them. Also no room to write anything to the far left of column one. Seems to just be a spacing issue. Also I don't like having to buy two at a time when I only need one. Thanks
