This is a great alternative to the fancy journals that are all about gorgeous covers. You won't want this if you need to rip out pages, but for a tool for a writer or just for a person who loves and needs to journal, it is perfect. I use one per subject matter by color for the writing I am currently working on.

thank god staples provides this product, it is such a life changing product. I'm going to call everyone I've worked with over the last 10 years and tell them about it until that want to stab me.

Q:
The picture provided is for the superior #11624-US quad ruled composition notebook. The item that is actually being sold is the inferior #11624-CC book. Is it possible to get the 11624-US book? That original model has a much sturdier binder, it's actually slightly bigger, with thicker pages. Just overall a significantly better book.

Q:
Is there a way to order a particular color/cover? For organizational purposes we like to have more of a particular color for specific subjects and having two dozen books in a random assortment of colors and designs is causing us to look elsewhere for purchasing large quantities of books.
