I am 5'3" tall. I don't like a deep chair. This chair is perfect. I can sit back and have all my comfort. The arm rests are awesome. The lumbar support is great. The chair has wheels and glides around. This is a perfect chair for smaller people and is very comfortable. I use this for personal use by my computer. This chair has attractive design and is upscale looking. I couldn't ask for a better chair. I am so very happy with my purchase. This chair went on sale and they credited my account.

I had this chair delivered by Staples. These contents were missing: (1) all 5 casters (2) telescopic cover (3) gas lift, all key parts. It was supposed to have been rec'd 3/20; they just mailed it out 3/19 with a delivery date now of 3/26. Oh, I just was bumped up to a "premier" customer because of all the $ we spent last year at Staples. Still looking for the missing parts then I can rate the actual product. So far "quality control" on this chair has been proven poor!

The design of the chair was important to me for the back support that it offered. The pneumatic seat and adjustable tilt and lock are very easy to use. The upholstered seat is comfortable but I would prefer a firmer seat.

This is a fabulous buy! I purchased it on sale which was an even better deal. The design is low profile which works well for me since I am small framed and slender. It is relatively easy to assemble, comfortable to sit on, even for extended periods of time, the lumbar support is awesome and the adjustments are easy to utilize. I really like the arm adjustments which offer support for your wrists and shoulders. The fabric is polyurethane and relatively easy to clean. The back fabric is grey and open-weave making it somewhat breathable so it is cool to lean against and gives an overall open feel to the room. Try it, you'll like it!

Took it home in a box. Assembly was easy and I am 82. Works for both me and my wife. Mostly use for business, however my wife is a e-mail and social hi-user.
