This chair is so easy to put together and so comfortable! I am tall, so it was hard to find a chair where I can lay my head all the way back and have it supported by the headreast. This chair has an extendable headreast, which is perfect for me! I actually fell asleep while leaning back in this chair and watching a NetFlix movie!

I purchased this chair about a year and a half ago. Since then, the fabric has worn quite badly. The chair itself seems to be quite okay, and it's still very comfortable, but the leatherette is way too thin for a chair that's used for many hours every day. The padding has also flattened a bit in the seat and armrests. Also, the caps for the bolts pop off quite often. I'd still recommend this chair, but would highly recommend getting the cheap replacement warranty.
Did a great deal of homework since I sit in front of a computer 8-10 hours per day. It was the only chair that I found that had the comfort and adjusted high enough so my legs were straight down while sitting. Allows for a slight recline instead of the push forward feeling I received with many other brands. Have used for over three months and very pleased with quality.
I purchased this chair on sale. I had been watching it for several months, and was totally happy once I got it home and put together. It is very comfortable, but could use a little more lumbar support.
I attempted to repair slight wear on this chair and made it much worse somehow. I unscrewed the bottom mechanism from the base of the seat to attempt to find the cause of a slight wobble the chair had developed, but ever since reattaching the base to the chair the chair lifts itself when I get up, sinks back down all the way when I sit down, and I feel like I am sitting on a round teeter-totter with how much the chair wobbles from side-to-side. Please let me know what I could have done to cause this mayhem.

To customer care team: When i receive this chair, there was tiny crack spot on left padded arm. I paid it no mind. I did not return it for replacement. However, after couple months used, the tiny crack spot was getting bigger and bigger. It looks ugly now. I am regret that i should have returned it in the begining. My question is what 5-year mfr. limited warranty is. Is it possible the Staples could replace the left padded arm for me?

Q:
I bought this chair yesterday .. it was all put together and a demo in the store.. when I tried it out in the store it definitely tilted back and rocked.. since bringing it home I can not get it to tilt or rock and feel there is something I am doing wrong.. I found two levers under the seat.. one lowers/raises the chair..the other I am not quite sure what it does but it losens and tightens depending on which way you turn the the small knob on the rod.. HOW do I get my chair to tilt..neither one of those levers do it.. is there another one I am not seeing?? also I never got the manual for this chair..can I please have one also.. Thanks.. Lyn
To tilt the chair - sit up straight in the chair, grasp the lever that raises and lowers the chair and pull out to release the the upright position for tilt. To lock straight up, return to straight up position and push the same lever back in.

How do I get the casters to stay on. There is a tiny 3/4 round ring that spins around and is keeping the caster from going in. Does this come off? The directions say nothing. TY

Q:
Hi, I purchased this chair 8/04/11 off the floor to save time of having staples put it together there. I forgot to ask for users manual. My only trouble is each time I sit in it the seat has dropped to its lowest point or when I first sit in it it goes all the way down. I then can adjust it and it stays locked up until I get back in again. How do you tighten chair and keep being able to rock back. Also can I get a users manual online or sent to me.... Thanks, Tom
