Picked this chair up a few months ago for my daily sitter at work and couldn't be more disappointed. After about 2 weeks of use, the butt padding had completely flattened out leaving me sitting on the hard base underneath. Of course, I'm in this thing for 6 to 8 hours Mon-Fri so I suppose it could be a decent chair if you rarely use it or weigh less than my whopping 165lbs...

So far, it has been great. We did have a little trouble assembling. I would suggest two people and only partly screwing in the screws so that it all fits and then tightening later.
