I bought this product 3 weeks ago. It was a 140 mile round trip to get to the nearest store. Brought it home and assembled it. Not too hard but lining up things can be a bit tricky.

After two days the padding in the seat was down to the plywood bottom. I had the warranty that I bought so called and they sent me a new seat bottom. It did not match in color at all, and in two days same thing so I have a new chair that I have to put a pillow in to use.

Took it back to store for a refund and maybe to buy another chair from them. I was treated like an idiot and not allowed to get a full refund because part of my purchase was with a coupon. So I end up with a store credit only no cash. Your policy Staples stinks, a coupon is the same as cash during the purchase and should be so honored during a refund. I may have to move over to the competitor as soon as I use up this credit card that is only good in your stores. Please review your policy Staples it stinks!

I tried this chair on in the store and it felt as if it fit better than my bigger, plusher chair at home. when i got it home and began assembly, i was VERY surprised at how simple the instructions were, and EXTREMELY surprised at how the designers had arranged the assembly parts into a plastic-encapsulated "sausage string" of elements, IN the ORDER in which you would use them for assembly... bolts and caps, etc.

the one funny thing was that the allen wrench which you need to tighten all of the bolts was in the LAST link of the "sausage," not the FIRST!

but i considered the instructions, parts packaging and directions to be among the best i've ever seen!

and i like the chair, too!
although maybe a bit more cushy seat padding would help...

Sale price was great, until it got used for a couple days at home. The seat cushion lost all it's comfort and support after just a few hours of use. Seat became a hard board with no support. The lumbar was then positioned too high and caused back ache. YOUCH ! This chair was returned. Advice....spend more on better comfort and quality.
