I have been purchasing these forks for my company for several years now and have never had anyone complain about them being flimsy. I personally think they are very sturdy and have never seen the tips break.

Even the lightest bite of the tines will cause the tips to break off, and you will find yourself searching around in your mouth for the plastic. Not fun.

These forks are sturdy enough to penetrate leftover steak and to spear broccoli stems (as opposed to the prongs bending around them). I have NEVER had a fork prong break off of these forks. Also recommend 'Plastic Knives by Staples'.
