Q: I have one-line dsl with rural phone company. Each lighting storm burns out my filter. I use dsl line for only faxing and internet. When filter burns out the fax stops working, but internet usually continues working, just slower. I have to replace filters frequently. The last one was a "Premier" PT-DSL-ILF-T.
