We use these mailers for our business. We mail CDs and DVDs to our customers in them. After applying the postage and mailing labels for this last run, we found out we could not insert the CDs or DVDs without pre-stretching the bubble insides that were glued too far into the envelope (manufacturing defect?) It took us at least 5 times the amount of time and our wrists hurt from exerting so much force to force the mailers wide enough to accept the CDs and DVDs. The previous shipments did not have this problem (though our last order of 4 boxes of 250 each were extremely flimsy and we worried that our CDs would be returned because of breakage due to handling in the mail). We are now stuck with these inferior mailers (3 boxes of 250 mailers each) because we already affixed the postage and our customers addresse labels. I am really disappointed with this product. We have ordered this product in the past for our company in the past and we used to get high quality mailers for around $48 per box of 250 and now it's up to [$] a box of 250. I am really, really disappointed!It would be really good if a representative of Staples could contact us. We were about to call about this problem when this email arrived. If we do not get a reply, we will be contacting a service representive .

With the expense of postage, I needed easy and inexpensive packaging, and these bubble padded envelopes were perfect. I bought a large quantity online to save more.
