The product itself is good but don't ask for delivery. Chair mats are awkward to handle and I needed two of them so, instead of picking them up at the local Staples store, I ordered online and had them delivered to my office. The mats were delivered to my office rolled up and secured by several turns of packing tape. When I removed the tape I was left with a large area of sticky residue. Customer service ignored two messages about this problem so I had to find a way to remove the tape residue. It took me a half bottle of Goo Gone, most of a roll of paper towels and about two hours of scrubbing to finally clean up the mess. I do recommend the product but if you want to have it delivered, don't forget to order Goo Gone and paper towels.

Time will tell. My chair rollers leave impressions in the pad. Previous pad had same problem & eventually cracked. If this happens again, I might have to buy a pad so thick that it cannot be supplied in a roll or folded up.

I had this shipped to our office, and the Staples shipping label was stuck to the spiked underside of the chair mat. We tried and tried but couldn't remove the entire label. Unfortunately, the chair mat is clear and you can see white patches from the label that we couldn't remove.

This pad will last less than a year if installed over a carpet with a pad underneath!

Second one now has holes where 5 double casters on chair roll,

On a 3/4" pile carpet, the chairs wheels sink in. It's usable, but not a smooth rolling. On top of a carpet, a denser, heavier protector should be used
