For those with desire to be organized, like me, always behind the 8-ball, this is the best Paper Sorter I've ever found.

Rather than file by day or month, I use a Pencil Index stashed behind front cover, making up names of files matched to numbers as I file. Much easier to find file names on one page than guess which alpha file I used for say, car insurance: "car" or "Insurance" or "auto"? In the past, I've had 3 files for car insurance. No longer!

This is a great temporary file, and also good for stashing away papers while in a recliner watching a little tv as it's portable, unlike hanging files, my favorite permanent storage system (also used with a pencil index, so hard reading file names in a drawer).

It's bulky when filled, but flexible. My latest one is about 7 inches thick, ready for tackling taxes. Takes up a lot of horizontal space but may be used vertically on a shelf. Since it's open on 3 sides, take care to avoid losing papers pulling it off the shelf.

This has helped me so much!
My desk is actually clear and I'm able to stay on top of tasks, follow up, etc.
I like it so much I'm ordering another one for home.
I put a daily to-do list in each slot, and I use 3x5 cards for recurring tasks or notices in the monthly files.

If it is important to you to be ready for each day and to not have "to do piles" all over your desk, this is the product for you. Just place your time sensitive items, or items you have imposed a time limit on in the date you need to have it accompished by, check your 1-31 file each day, and you should be getting more things done than ever before - and ON TIME!!

I use it for many things...sorting bills by pay date, sorting invoices, misc. paperwork. I use it to put things in order.
Only thing I didn't like...it was hard to find and a bit pricy, but worth it in the end.
