I went threw 3 other staplers since Dec. They were all the same brand. I just started useing this. I read the reviews & disagree. This is a wonderful stapler. It Has NOT jammed one time. Iam useing it with the staples that it came with. Great stapler! I will be replaceing the others in the office with this one.

I loaded this stapler, went to try it out & it didn't work. I checked for a jam or anything that might cause this & couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had my husband look at it & he couldn't find a problem either. Poor design maybe? Defective? I don't know, but I'll be returning it & getting a brand other than Staples just in case!

Didn't work well at all - much too difficult to use. Staples curled up and bent; the stapler has to be manipulated to actually get through the papers. Will never order another Staples stapler, and would never recommend to anyone.

I bought this stapler a couple of years ago. I've had no issues - not a single jam. I've used a variety of staples, but it just keeps working. I probably go through 75 to 100 staples per month - not a lot, but it's been reliable. Our old Swingline stapler died recently, so I'm buying another one of these.
I'm not saying that other users haven't had problems. I'm sure they have. But this is my experience - for what it's worth.

This staplers jams or staples with 2 staples everytime. Of course the 2nd staple gets jammed. It was a horrible purchase and I would never buy it again.
