This item was purchased for the purpose of transporting text books in our car so that the books would not be damaged. Text books fit perfectly in this crate, and the books can be recognized easily through the sides just in case they are not in the same order as the classes they're used for. This is a non-traditional use for this product, but just exactly what we were looking for and needed.

What can you say about a box? I needed a box about this size, and there it was. You will need to trim or sand the handles. There was a sharp ridge along the edge that cuts into your hands when carrying the box, but it was easily trimmed away. Every box in stock when I bought mine had the same problem.

I'm using this product to hold all of my notebooks from the past 2 semesters. It makes it easy to see and retrieve materials I need to use and keeps everything neat and clean.

Comments about Staples® File Storage Crates, Blue:

The plastic is thicker and sturdier than it's competitor out there. This one has no holes on the bottom and holes on the side are smaller than the competitors which less chance of loosing things. It is stackable and can lock with another crate side by side.

It would be nice to make a heavy duty one to hold care parts. I will definitely buy it also.
